We are on site for approximately three hours* performing a very complete visual inspection. We take our time, you will get what you pay for.
In addition to a thorough visual inspection we pay special attention to reviewing field data and photos, many times my reports take an additional three hours, or longer. Feel confident that we will find any major defects or safety hazards and educate you about many other features and regular maintenance concerns for your home.

All observations, defects, safety hazards and/or improvements are provided with recommendations as to the type of contractor needed to perform the correction(s), or if an informed home owner / handyman could accomplish the repair or correction.
